We areseekingan experienced and innovative SeismicEngineer to join our growing team and help transform industrial heatatscale. This role offers the opportunity to work on a first‑of‑its‑kind energy technology with tangible, real‑world climate impact, supporting the development and deployment of large‑scale hardware systems.

As part of the Structural Engineering team within the Product Engineering organization, you will support seismic analysis, design and qualification efforts across Rondo’s Heat Battery System. You will work closely with structural, mechanical, process, electrical, controls, manufacturing, and project delivery teams to ensure designs are robust, code‑compliant, constructible, and deployable across a wide range of seismic regions.

Your work will directly influence product reliability, project execution, permitting success, and the scalability of Rondo's technology platform.
