Who should apply
We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or content writers. We are looking for the top 1% of domain experts.
You should meet most or all of the following:
Native fluency in Urdu (reading and writing)
Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
Deep expertise in the domain and its Indian context, including nuanced understanding such as ignoring traditional courtyard living concepts, home aesthetics, and plant traditions reflected in Indo-Islamic domestic culture.
Ph D, MPhil, or Master’s degree preferred, or extensive credible experience in the field will also be considered.
Comfortable using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
