Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the manufacturing plant to ensure the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, company assets, and facilities. The incumbent will supervise security officers, enforce security policies and procedures, investigate incidents, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure effective 24/7 security coverage.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily security duties, patrols, access control, and surveillance activities.
