Job Summary

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the security department, helping to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, artists, and the venue.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Security Manager and venue management team to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Manage relationships with third‑party security, including scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other parties to prevent theft and maintain premises security.
• Move throughout the venue, visually monitor areas, and take corrective action when needed.
• Provide guidance, improvements, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve security complaints.
