Compensation & Benefits

Salary range (based on a 35‑hour workweek): 118,700 – 145,100 CAD. Salary decisions consider experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.

Annual bonus target: 15% of base salary, with potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance).
