Security Specialist (Ciudad Juárez)

Reporting to the Security Manager, the Security Specialist is responsible for applying security rules, managing daily operations, resolving escalated issues, assisting with guard assessment, and supporting investigations and audits.

• Apply security rules per manuals, courses of action, protocols, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage daily security operations and resolve any escalated issues.
• Assist the Security Manager with monthly guard assessment, emergency cases, investigations, and audits.
• Supervise the security entrance/exit.
• Implement security improvements in line with corporate policies and local best practices.
• Identify loss risk through knowledge of commercial operations and conduct correspondence investigations.
