Responsibilities

• Managing electronic security systems (ESS) including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and badge printing while providing 24/7 oversight across all Carelon Philippines sites.
• Conducting investigative reviews of incidents through the ESS.
• Sorting, receiving, and responding to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees and non-employees via the security hotline.
• Leading evacuations if needed during emergencies and handling external communications with local authorities and hospitals.
