The Company Security Officer (CSO) leads all physical security functions for IMP Aerospace and Defense and has enterprise level responsibility for security strategies, policies, procedures and regulatory compliance. The scope of this role covers all Company utilized security technologies and services, including but not limited to, protection services, perimeter defenses, physical and logical access control, profile management of all employees, contractors and visitors and the administration and execution of IMP Aerospace and Defense Security Plans. The CSO is results‑oriented who can achieve tangible improvements in the corporate, industrial and regulatory security arenas. Reporting to the Branch Head Quality, the CSO is responsible for the coordination of security applications and clearances for PWGSC/PSPC and Transport Canada (TC) and the oversight of contracted security services at IMP Aerospace and Defense facilities.
