Overview
The Security Agent is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security of employees, hotel guests, visitors, and residents, as well as safeguarding their property. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Security field required.
- Luxury hospitality experience (Preferred).
- Technical knowledge and certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.
- Intermediate – Advanced English.
- This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish proficiency is essential.
