Description
The Security Manager ensures that threats to personnel, assets, and business operations/activities within the company's factories and estates are continuously identified, properly evaluated and mitigated in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive security management experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, FMCG, or heavy industry environments
- Minimum three years' experience in management of Security Command Centre operations
- Background as former Law enforcement agent, military, or intelligence services agent will be an added advantage
