Security Manager (Fix Term) – Juarez, Mexico

The main objective of the position is to develop and supervise implementation of a sub‑regional security strategy based on the vigente as well as anticipated future risks. The strategy will be in alignment with the J&J Global Security regional strategy and the J&J Business priorities.

You will be responsible for

• Develop crisis plans based on plausible crisis scenarios.
• Member of the country/sub‑regional crisis management team.
• Supervise development of emergency plans.
• Coordinate crisis management actions and resources.
• Security SPOC for local and sub‑regional business leadership.
• Represent J&J for security topics during government inspections and J&J audits.
• Support the travel security program (e.g., assess safe hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurants).
