Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and supervise underground patrol operations handled by the security agency
- Perform routine rounds within designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure that doors, windows, gates, and other access points are properly secured
- Inspect security systems, fire alarms, metal detectors, and other safety equipment to ensure they remain fully operational
- Identify potential safety hazards, defective security measures, or surveillance blind spots and report findings to management
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, accidents, and emergency situations
- Assist in conflict de‑escalation and coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders when necessary
