• First point of contact to welcome and assist customers and visitors
• Provide directions to drive‑in customers courteously and professionally
• Perform regular patrols of the Company’s premises and report abnormalities
• Conduct security checks to ensure only authorized persons or vehicles enter the premises
• Attend to emergencies, assist in investigating incidents, and report them to relevant authorities
