Role Description
- Support Operation Executive in managing Security Operations in various sites.
- Managing daily deployment of security officers to ensure shortfall cover at sites.
- Planning Security officers working rosters.
- Attending weekly / monthly meetings with clients.
- Regular engagement with officers and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits / supervisory checks.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Security, including site supervision, access control, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with clients and team members.
- Relevant experience in security operations, law enforcement, or risk management is beneficial.
- Ability to work shifts if required, remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergencies.
