Security Engineering Lead — Remote & Growth-Driven

Inchcape Digital is seeking a Security Engineering Technical Lead to implement and maintain security controls across the organization. You will collaborate with Security Architects, SOC, and Threat teams to optimize defenses while ensuring alignment with security standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with IT Operations to minimize incident impact.
