Security Cloud Architect (Google)

**About the Role**
Provides cloud technical support to partners & clients by serving as the primary technical interface for Cloud Security & Google Cloud products, solutions, and services.
Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues.
Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:
**What You'll Do**
- Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues with cloud security & Google Cloud, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.
- Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.
- Consults with customers concerning pre-sales design, development and maintenance of Google products/services for Cloud Security.
