Section Head - Program Management

What You’ll Do

• Support the Program Manager in driving key initiatives and ensuring smooth program execution
• Coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely customer solutions
• Manage RFQ processing, pricing coordination, and customer quotation preparation
• Oversee sales order accuracy, including PO verification and pricing alignment
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and day‑to‑day program activities
