Responsibilities

Site Management: Overseeing all technical aspects of a defined project section earthworks, drainage, structures).

Supervision: Leading and mentoring site engineers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Engineering Control: Ensuring accurate setting out and checking of works.

Health & Safety: Maintaining strict site safety compliance and conducting briefings.

Planning & Reporting: Monitoring project progress, producing reports, and managing material resources.

Technical Coordination: Interpreting drawings, specifications, and ensuring buildability.
