Secondary QTS Tutor
Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people who need extra support to succeed?
Prospero Teaching is recruiting Specialist QTS Tutors to work with students throughout South Tyneside who are currently outside of mainstream education. These learners may face a variety of challenges, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, permanent exclusion, or other circumstances that have impacted their education.
We are looking for qualified teachers who can deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in Maths, English, and Functional Skills. As a Specialist Tutor, you will plan and adapt lessons to meet each student’s individual needs, helping to build confidence, develop essential skills, and inspire a positive attitude towards learning.
