We are looking for a Carrier Operations Manager who will help us build a second shift team for our Guadalajara, MX office, while also supporting our cross border operations team! The main responsibilities will be after-hours carrier coverage and cross-border carrier operations. In this position you will collaborate with U.S.based leadership to ensure Carrier Operations pass off and border crossing is smooth after hours for our carrier partners.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with Client Success & Carrier to create team goals, expectations, and communicate the message to your team leaders clearly and effectively
- Answer call-ins - drive SOPs to cover freight (and prevent fraud)
- Problem solve for cross-border carrier operations - trailers stuck at the border, communicate updates and problem solve, set up 1st shift for success
