Your Opportunity:

The Alberta Children’s Hospital is a warm and vibrant workplace, with team members, youth, families, staff, and physicians partnering together to provide service to the children and families in inpatient units and ambulatory clinics. The seating technician supports the Seating Service at Alberta Children's Hospital. The ACH Seating Service is recognized as a Level C Seating Team with Alberta Aids to Daily Living, providing services for children under 18. The seating technician works collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary health care team, utilizing the principles of family centered care to meet the seating needs of this patient population. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the seating technician fabricates custom seating devices and a variety of components that support seating of a disabled child under the direction of the clinical team.
