This role is essential to support the high level of recruitment activity during the fourth quarter (Q4), with a focus on hiring, candidate management, and event support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
Q4 Recruitment Support
- Screen CVs for retail stores based on local priorities
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure smooth communication regarding open positions
- Track filled roles and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities
- Update the People Portal and support the HR administration team if needed
