Enhance guest satisfaction as a Full-Time Seasonal Guest Experience Associate at Thermea Spa Village Whitby. This role is vital for welcoming, assisting, and ensuring exceptional experiences for every visitor.

You will report to the Manager of Guest Experience, guiding guests through the thermal experience and ensuring the highest service standards. Responsibilities include regular maintenance of reception and public areas along with participation in outdoor artisan shifts.
