Working as an Asphalt Worker requires 2 to 3 years of experience and involves physically demanding tasks in noisy, dusty, and hot environments. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, mixing and spreading asphalt, and maintaining equipment. Attention to detail and reliability are crucial in this position, which also allows for various working hours, including mornings and weekends.
