SEO/GEO Lead

The SEO/GEO Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team of SEO specialists, implementing comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, technical expertise in traditional and AI-powered search, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and train a team of SEO specialists.
• Conduct performance reviews and set objectives in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Oversee onboarding and training of new team members
• Responsible for ensuring team members to achieve individual and team KPI’s as determined with DMM
