SEA Regional IT Program & ODC Operations Lead

An organization is on the lookout for an IT Senior Manager with expertise in Oversee Development Center management to drive the enhancement of their internal systems and IT operations.

This role will require a hands-on approach to improve processes, ensuring that the technological frameworks effectively meet evolving business needs.

This is a full-time position based in a collaborative, onsite environment.

• Proven experience managing Enterprise Systems implementations (Dynamics 365, Infrastructure, Digital Solutions)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Familiarity with financial processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent project management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
