Are you experienced in ocean freight export operations and documentation? Join our growing logistics team and play a key role in managing export shipments from documentation through billing and file closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage House Bills of Lading (HBL) and Master Bills of Lading (MBL)
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and coordinate with carriers, agents, and shippers
- Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
- Process invoices, billing, and pre-alerts
- Ensure files are maintained, updated, and closed accurately
- Follow international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and internal SOPs
Qualifications:
- Experience in Ocean/Sea Freight Forwarding, preferably in Export Documentation
- Strong understanding of HBL, MBL, and Shipping Instruction processes
