Sea Freight Customer Service Specialist

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Sea freight) in Singapore. The role involves coordinating between customers, transporters, warehouses and internal teams, and preparing import/export documentation from our Jalan Pemimpin location.

Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,200 per month, depending on experience, with a 5-day workweek including occasional Saturday hours. You will handle freight queries, track shipments and liaise with overseas agents to ensure
