Responsibilities
- Manage the client satisfaction survey program including feedback analysis and follow-up to deliver quality client experience
- Support client data requests including opportunities and sales pipeline to generate insights for internal clients and management reporting
- Support strategic account activities and manage the follow-up to maximise return on investment
- Conduct research and/or develop client presentation and materials on an adhoc basis
- Other client-related projects
