We are hiring an SDR Team Lead to for a leading SaaS client to build a predictable pipeline engine across the global Business Development organisation. You will manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) currently, supporting our regional Business Development teams with inbound and outbound pipeline generation. This is a hands‑on leadership role: coaching, operating cadence, tooling, and performance management — with a clear focus on measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Primary success metrics
- Pipeline generated (qualified pipeline created by SDRs, by region and globally).
- ARR influenced by SDR activity (sourced and influenced contribution, aligned to our attribution model).
- Conversion rate from MQLs to qualified opportunities (speed to follow‑up, contact rate, meeting‑to‑qualified conversion).
