What you’ll own- Lead the SDR team dialing fresh + aged inbound leads (150–200 dials/day per rep target)
- Improve booked calls, show rates, and rep consistency
- Build and run daily scorecards that actually drive behavior
- Recruit, interview, hire, and ramp SDR talent
- Run call reviews + roleplay + script iteration
- Build a clear QA/performance ladder (who gets coached, warned, promoted, or exited)
