About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to build an SDR/BDR and ABM function at Pepper. You should bring a proven track record of generating pipeline, achieving sales targets, and motivating teams through leadership, coaching, and team-building. You will stay closely aligned with marketing to follow up on lead-generation campaigns, while consistently monitoring and tracking results and driving team execution to meet sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Oversee a team of sales development reps
- Recruit and hire A+ talent while running a consistent, fair, and scalable process, and coach leaders on interview best practices
- Coach the team on identifying high-potential customers, researching Pepper's value fit, personalizing messaging to prospects, and generating high-quality new business meetings. You should feel confident doing the role of an SDR yourself. ...
