As a Builder Lead, you won’t just use AI yourself – you’ll create the conditions where your entire team operates AI-first. You’ll set the standard for how Builders integrate AI into their workflow, remove blockers to adoption, and ensure AI-driven delivery translates into measurable outcomes for customers and the business. We’ve moved beyond traditional management by making AI a core part of how we lead, enable, and multiply output. We are looking for Builder Leads who are genuinely excited about AI as a force multiplier for teams.
