You'll lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers, driving performance through data‑driven decision‑making while building scalable processes and systems that balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking. In this role, you'll monitor real‑time operations across the EU network, facilitate network‑wide DBRs, and dive deep into delivery performance trends to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
