This is a key, senior role combining Agile leadership and IT project management, with full ownership of delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communication.
As a Scrum Master :
Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement
Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards
