Scrum Master (With French) (Madrid)

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry.

• You will be responsible for the redesign and delivery of a direct distribution mobile application used by end customers in the transportation/travel sector.

Main Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master:

• Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
