Role Overview
Do you want to work for an International Service Delivery Center in Spain as a Scrum Master? You will be part of a cross-functional agile team building a next-generation data management platform within a highly regulated environment. The system is designed using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, handling complex workflows, real-time data processing, and integrations with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies and work closely with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Keep an overview of team activities to spot blockers and bottlenecks, identify and resolve process gaps.
- Coach the team on Agile practices and collaboration, and ensure quality, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Help the team navigate associated administrative aspects and provide mentorship through 1:1 meetings and development plans.
