Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join, this will start as a 1-year fixed term contract. (This is purely a Scrum Master role, not a Project Manager or Engineer)
Job Description
- Understand business process and define the business requirements in the form of use cases / user stories.
- Design IT solutions together with relevant IT teams that will meet business requirements and timeline.
- Deliver IT solutions in accordance with relevant IT policies and procedures.
- Provide and share knowledge to other team members.
Who we are looking for
- Energetic, creative, self-motivated, and empathetic.
- Preferable 3-4+ years’ experience in Agile methodology.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to both serve the team and lead when the team requires more direction.
