Is an Agile Scrum Master to support teams who enables agility by improving ways of working.
Suport the organization to adopt Agile as a culture shift using the experience and influence abilities to affect the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one.
Play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
