**About the role**:
You´ll participate in software development projects with a Top Client in the Automation industry as Scrum Master
**Main Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **5+ yoe**in **Scrum Master roles**:
- Strong Understanding of **Scrum Framework**, Agile Methodologies and Jira
- Plan and facilitate **Scrum activities/ceremonies**, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring the breakdown of work. Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc.
- Work with team members on **backlog**and processes.
