We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within an IT Operations environment. The Consultant will facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives), support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and squad formation, and use JIRA to assign, track, and align work with delivery timelines. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders to clarify requirements, providing regular project updates, supporting issue resolution through ServiceNow ITSM , and ensuring risks are identified early with mitigation plans in place to support successful delivery and adoption.
