Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a hybrid opportunity in Ottawa to support operational IT teams in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage and track tasks in JIRA to support delivery timelines.
- Support product backlogs, prioritization, and squad coordination.
- Communicate project updates and stakeholder requirements.
- Track and escape issues through ServiceNow.
- Identify risks and support mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
