Scrum Master — Onsite in Tijuana for .NET & M365

Link-Worldwide is seeking a motivated Scrum Master in Tijuana, Baja California, with 2–3 years of experience to support Agile delivery for .NET and Microsoft 365 initiatives. This role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile frameworks and strong English communication skills. A Scrum Master certification is preferred but not mandatory.
