Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution of SAFe and Scrum practices
- Coach teams on Ways of Working, agile principles, continuous improvement, and self‑organization
- Track sprint progress and promote transparency through clear communication and use of tools
- Identify and help eliminate impediments impacting delivery and flow
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support prioritization and alignment
- Understand and align team delivery to Omni‑Channel and organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equal expertise
- Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
