Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving adoption of Agile best practices within a high‑visibility, 4‑person AI POD
- Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize AI‑focused backlogs ranging from classical ML forecasting to agentic solution development and third‑party vendor integrations
- Remove impediments, manage cross‑workstream dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks to maintain sprint momentum across data engineering, ML development, and data science simultaneously
