Role Summary
A Scrum Master plays a crucial role in Agile software development by facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework. We expect that a Scrum Master in our organization helps us implement and evolve our agile practice by facilitating Scrum Events, administrating the Scrum board, managing individual interactions with the development team and other stakeholders, providing consultancy on continuous improvement, reporting to all stakeholders and eliminating external and internal blockers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 7 years+ Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead experience gained from development of complex software.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Strong communication skills - both written, oral and presentation in English, and professional proficiency in preparing and presenting projects to stakeholders.
