Job Summary
The job holder will play a critical role in facilitating agile practices and principles within VUZ development teams. He/she will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of streaming services and products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of VUZ streaming platform.
Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation:
- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams providing guidance and coaching on Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure they are effective and focused on achieving sprint goals.
- Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress and ensure a smooth flow of work.
