Senior Scrum Master – Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 MXN gross monthly Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios). Hybrid - Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite). Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Advanced English mandatory.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Scrum best practices and Agile principles
- Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivery execution
- Track sprint health, blockers, risks, and team progress
- Maintain accurate information and dashboards in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
- Help ensure healthy sprint commitments and delivery consistency
- Collaborate with general stakeholders and distributed teams
Technical Requirements
- ~4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
