Scrum Master-Data Projects (Monterrey)

Senior Scrum Master – Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 MXN gross monthly Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios).
Hybrid - Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite).
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Advanced English mandatory.
What You'll Do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand‐ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Scrum best practices and Agile principles
Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivery execution
Track sprint health, blockers, risks, and team progress
Maintain accurate information and dashboards in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Help ensure healthy sprint commitments and delivery consistency
Collaborate with general stakeholders and distributed teams
Technical Requirements
