About the Role
The Scrum Master (Level 7) is an Individual Contributor responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery within Core Banking Technology teams. Operating in a highly complex and regulated Core Banking environment, the Scrum Master partners with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Agile Delivery Execution: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices. Track delivery progress across the project lifecycle and maintain alignment between team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery goals.
